All subscription orders ship during the first week of each month. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
Orders typically arrive by the 10th of each month, ensuring you have fresh coffee for the entire month ahead.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Hawaii and Alaska may experience slightly longer delivery times (3-5 business days).
We stand behind our coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

Yes! Update your shipping address from your account dashboard anytime before the 1st of the month. Changes made after the 1st will apply to the following month's shipment.
USPS will leave the package in a safe location or at your door. Coffee stays fresh in the sealed bags, but we recommend bringing it inside within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Pause your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You won't be charged while paused, and you can resume whenever you're ready.
